What happens next
We reply to the e-mail you gave us, usually the same business day. If something is unclear we ask one or two questions so the first call is useful.
The first conversation is thirty minutes and costs nothing. We ask what decision you are sitting with, how the books are kept, and who else is already in the room. You can bring your bookkeeper or your accountant.
If a first read looks like a fit, we send a one-page proposal the same week: the CAD 1,800 fee, the two-week dates, and the files we need. If it does not fit, we will say so and, where we can, name a firm that would be closer.
Finding us
Suite 402 is on the fourth floor at 1489 Hollis Street, a short walk from the ferry terminal and from Barrington Street buses. Street parking on Hollis is metered; there are parkades on Salter and Lower Water. The building entrance is on Hollis. Ring for suite 402. Visits are by appointment only.
